Office 365 Services Involved: SharePoint Online Service Degradation(Posted 11/18/2015)
Users Impacted: This issue may have impacted all to none of your Office 365 Users.
Incident Description: Users are experiencing an issue when opening the Suite Navigation menu (Tiles Grid in upper left corner of browser) from SharePoint Online sites in which the tiles for the different applications (Outlook, OneDrive, etc.) are not rendering properly from a SharePoint Online MySites page.
Suggested Action: If this occurs navigate to the homepage of your SharePoint Online site. The Suite Navigation should display tile properly from this page.
